To dramatically improve the “new client onboarding process” we would suggest creating an app that would provide easy access to current and future clients. This app would include notifications on where the digital marketing team is on the project. A chat room would provide easy communication between client and team members to answer any questions about the process.  Additionally, the app would include the client's various reports such as their analytics page. Once a project is completed, a client a survey will be automatically sent for reviews on the entire process. This will help the digital marketing team improve on future projects.
This application allows the company to gain a competitive advantage among others. By creating an informational yet user-friendly application, the clients and team can communicate efficiently. Additionally, the information system in the application can be part of the product. The software (finish this). An application could lead to social media marketing techniques or even some quick tips to improve company's marketing. This could ultimately lead to more marketing for Garberson’s company thus new clients for the team!
